Thanks Ottime- I'm gonna be a loner this weekend, so looks like it might be chair 5 and buckboard for me

Us too, on both counts. Although dinner is less likely -- doubt we'll make it in time.

Just registered - with fees it was $12.50 (I <3 LTCC!) Figured it would be a good refresher along with rereading the Bruce Temper book. Registration for new students is tomorrow morning at 7am - good luck to all those trying to get in on AIARE Level I classes!
If I wanted to just take this one class at LTCC it would cost me $12.50 total?

I'm willing to guess that I'll be the only single dad schraping the WROD at Alpine on Saturday with three kids in tow, one on teles. Shout out for change.

Word is that you can ski Alpine (Roundhouse) if you show on Friday after 2PM - but who wants to do that?

    Damn damn damn.

I missed the registration for the LTCC classes and now they are booked. I want to take one in January with my gf, and I'm guessing I'll probably have to pay $200-$300 now. Sheet.

Any other recommendations on good classes/instructors? Level 1 is what we need. Thanks.

Because LTCC is so inexpensive, people often just do not show up. If you are willing to take a chance, just show up the morning of class. If there is room, you will be allowed to register. Just be sure to be registereed as a student prior.

When I took my class it was fully booked. Day of the class, four people did not show up.

Looking like this Sun/Mon should have an event of very dry snow. Blower on rock. Gnaaaar!
