TGR – Producer 

Reports To: Executive Team
Works With: Line Producer, Production Coordinator, Field Cinematographers, Athletes, Partner Brands

Role Overview

The Producer is responsible for leading end-to-end physical production of TGR projects—from concept through field execution. This role ensures that trips are fully produced, crews are aligned, deliverables are clear, and sponsor and storytelling needs are met. The Producer functions as the operational hub between creative, athletes, and partners, ensuring nothing “slips through the cracks.”

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and manage production scope for each project or trip, including crew assignments, permits, athlete communications, and partner deliverables.
  • Build and oversee pre-production packets (shot lists, interview questions, gear lists, lodging plans, contact info).
  • Coordinate with Director to translate creative goals into actionable field plans and content requirements.
  • Supervise field teams and ensure consistent coverage of travel sequences, story beats, and sponsor integration shots.
  • Manage budgets and track trip expenses, working with finance to stay within allocation and report overages or savings.
  • Works with brand partners and make sure sponsorship deliverables are being captured
  • Liaise with the Production Coordinator to secure travel, lodging, and logistics before departure.
  • Serve as primary contact for field issues or changes that affect schedule, budget, or creative execution.

Participate in creative meetings to define project themes and ensure story objectives are supported in the field.

TGR – Production Coordinator

Reports To: Producers and Directors
Works With: Field Crews, Athletes, Sponsors, Office Staff, Travel Vendors

Role Overview

The Production Coordinator is the logistical engine of TGR’s film projects—ensuring trips run smoothly and teams have what they need to deliver on schedule. This role handles day-to-day organization, travel bookings, permits, and information flow between office and field, freeing directors and producers to focus on creative execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all travel and lodging bookings for crew and athletes (Airbnbs, permits, transportation).
  • Maintain updated production calendars and crew contact lists.
  • Support creation of pre-production packets and ensure all crew have access before departures.
  • Coordinate with sponsors and partners to confirm product shipments, gear needs, and usage plans.
  • Track daily field updates and relay schedule or weather changes to relevant teams.
  • Handle film crew communications while they’re on the road (e.g., back-to-back bookings, permits, emergency logistics).
  • Help plan and document creative meetings and shoot briefings.
  • Assist in budget tracking and expense reconciliation.
  • Maintain and archive trip paperwork (contracts, permits, waivers, partner approvals).

Skills & Experience

  • 2–4 years in production management or coordination (television, film, or agency).
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills; able to juggle multiple trips and deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication; comfortable liaising with athletes and partners.
  • Familiarity with Google Suite, Slack, and basic budgeting tools.
  • Passion for mountain sports and on-location filmmaking a plus.

Content Marketing Internships

About the role
Join Teton Gravity Research for a hands-on content marketing internship. You’ll support our digital, social, and editorial channels—helping shape stories from the mountains to the masses.

What you’ll do

  • Draft on-brand copy for social posts and help maintain the content calendar (Metricool scheduling).
  • Assist editorial with blog drafts, story logging, and calendar upkeep.
  • Surface standout UGC that fits the TGR voice; request permissions for reposts.
  • Collaborate on active campaigns: brainstorms, asset coordination, light QA, and publishing support.
  • Join team meetings to track timelines and contribute ideas.

What you’ll learn

  • Mentorship in brand storytelling, campaign strategy, and editorial planning
  • Portfolio pieces across social, UGC, and long-form content

Production Internships

About the role

Join Teton Gravity Research for a hands-on production internship. You’ll work alongside our post-production supervisor, gear manager, and editing team—gaining real-world experience in the fast-paced environment of action-sports media production. This is an in-office role based in Wilson, WY, just outside Jackson, where you’ll help keep projects and workflows moving smoothly across departments.

What you’ll do

  • Assist editors with second system audio syncing and general post-production tasks.
  • Support the post-production supervisor with project organization and media prep.
  • Work with the gear manager to help maintain, prep, and organize production equipment.
  • Help source music, b-roll, and graphics for ongoing edits.
  • Contribute to occasional social edits or rough cuts under guidance from the editing team.
  • Pitch in around the office wherever needed—every day’s a little different.
  • Participate in production and creative meetings, learning how projects come together from shoot to screen.

What you’ll learn

  • Real-world experience at a leading action-sports media brand.
  • Mentorship in post-production workflows, editing, and production logistics.
  • How to collaborate across teams to bring content from the field to final delivery.
  • The ins and outs of professional gear management and studio operations.
