Mad River’s Single Chair Dominates East Coast Competitors

The Ski The East Freeride Tour–bringing the best of the East's big mountain skiers together to compete for a chance to earn a spot on the Freeride World Tour (yes, really)–got its wheels rolling in the midst of New England's record-breaking February, which did only a little bit to temper the moguls and rocky cliff bands of Mad River Glen's Liftline trail for the competitors who took to the course under classic New England greybird conditions. Some dominated, some became dominated themselves (see 2:00 in), but as always is the case with these competitions, the East was Skied. Hard.
