Audience Development Director

Reports to: EVP Business Development

The Audience Development Director will work with the EVP of Business Development in developing and executing comprehensive channel and marketing plans to ensure the strategic growth of Teton Gravity Research’s (TGR) digital audience. The role is focused on managing and supporting the continued growth of TGR’s content channels, media syndication partnerships, and marketing. The Audience Development Director will be tasked and accountable with these primary responsibilities:

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the consistent promotion and development of TGR’s channels
  • Effectively launch and execute content campaigns across TGR and partner channels
  • Accurately measure and report the success and growth of TGR’s channels and cross platform engagement

The Audience Development Director will work effectively with the partnership, content, and digital platform teams at TGR to assure campaigns and channel growth initiatives are planned, tracked, and launched on time and successfully.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Work with the EVP to determine the goals, requirements, expectations, and scope of channel growth and content marketing initiatives growth monthly and quarterly
  • Develop effective channel growth strategies supporting TGR’s social engagement, website engagement, OTT platform engagement, and offline engagement
  • Develop effective content release and cross platform promotion plans
  • Work with the EVP to assure the executive team is consistently and effectively informed on all channel growth related initiatives
  • Support the effective management of TGR’s cross platform digital content calendar, assuring it is continually updated and forecasting content three months in advance
  • Work with the Digital Content Producer to assure the content calendar is effectively executed upon and supported via third party promotions where required
  • Manage all media syndication partnerships and press requirements
  • Responsible for all analytics and tracking requirements
  • Responsible for analytics platform and data evolution
  • Work with the EVP to identify team structure, roles, and team members
  • Review content from an audience development/marketability perspective, provide feedback and notes to the team
  • Effectively communicate audience development project status with the EVP

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years’ experience in creative content production environments
  • 3+ Years managing audience development and content marketing strategies and plans
  • 3+ years in reviewing and managing high value creative projects
  • Strong team management, planning and organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail in delivering successful projects

Post Production Coordinator

The Post Production Coordinator will be a key member of the post production team working directly with the Post Supervisor to manage, organize, and deliver assets through-out the post production process.

The Post Production Coordinator will be reporting directly to the Director of Production, with day-to-day oversight from the Post Production Supervisor.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Ingest, transcode, and sync all media for projects.
  • Manage, prepare and organize premiere projects, file structure, and project workflow for editors.
  • Keep track of digital media, ensuring it is labeled, stored, media managed and archived correctly.
  • Conform edits and transfer media and assets to editors.
  • Oversee music library reporting as projects are completed.
  • QC projects for delivery, as needed by post supervisor.
  • Ensure production goals and milestones are met, with commitment to creative directive.
  • Work alongside post supervisor for special projects to ensure media and projects are best organized.
  • Log and rack footage when needed.

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • 2+ years' experience as an editor or assistant editor for film, television, of digital content.
  • Highly organized individual, with proven ability to prioritize, juggle multiple tasks, take and comprehend direction.
  • An understanding of and desire to work in Adobe Suite software.
  • Familiar with camera, studio, and digital workflow.

UI Designer

TGR is seeking an experienced UI designer to join the team, preferably with some front-end web development experience. Responsibilities will include work on a variety of projects including websites, digital features, print and marketing materials, as well as light coding. This position works closely with the Digital Platform and Partnership teams.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop graphics for product illustrations, logos, and websites
  • Create PSDs for visual layout of web pages to be converted into HTML and CSS
  • Create mock-ups for proposed project pages and update them as needed
  • Meet with Project Managers to determine the scope of a project
  • Incorporate changes recommended by the clients into the final design

Desired Skills & Experiences

  • 2+ years web design experience
  • Bachelor’s in Graphic Design, Computer Science or related field preferred
  • A strong web based portfolio exhibitng UI work examples
  • Advanced Photoshop and Illustrator skills
  • HTML & CSS skills
  • jQuery, Javascript, SCSS, GIT, Command Line experience preferred

Retail Store Manager

TGR is seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to manage our Retail Experience Store on the Jackson Town Square. They will work with the Retail Team to ensure effective operations and retail sales growth. Daily tasks include management of all store operations, inventory control, staffing schedules, training, merchandising and reporting. This position reports into the Retail Manager.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Work in tandem with both retail managers in head office to ensure all daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals are achieved
  • Develop brand-consistent store displays, and seasonal window displays, that will increase sales and consumer engagement
  • Communicate all inventory needs by maintaining awareness of stock levels on the floor and in backstock, stay ahead of restock needs, and report back to the retail manager on top selling or quick moving retail items
  • Develop bi-weekly store schedules that ensure all business hours are regularly staffed with an adequate amount of help for the projected daily sales
  • Oversee the execution of daily eCommerce shipments
  • Maintain store standards by overseeing the cleaning, organization, and daily maintenance of all areas of the retail store

Assoc. Partnership & Ad Operations Producer - Full Time

Description:

The Assoc. Partnership Producer will work with the partnership development team in three key areas; coordinating partnership accounts, coordinating partnership presentations, proposals, and contracts, and coordinating TGR's ad operations. The Assoc. Partnership Producer will be reporting directly to the EVP of Business Development, with some oversight from the Partnership Development and Ad Operations Director.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Ensure partnership satisfaction and on-time/on budget delivery of partnership deliverables
  • Ensure the delivery of partnership pitch presentations on time and within the team's expectations
  • Ensure all TGR digital ad operations run smoothly and effectively

The Assoc. Partnership Producer will be properly briefed on all TGR's goals, objectives, and project priorities on a weekly basis during the Partnership Development team status meetings.

Core Responsibilities:

Partnership Coordination (60% of time)
  • Assigned to coordinate a fixed number of brand partner accounts
  • Coordinate the allocation of project team members and the creation of budgets for projects where needed
  • Coordinate with the allocated teams to assure timelines are set, expectations are clearly briefed, and that project runs on budget
  • Ensure that new opportunities within assigned accounts are inputted into the CRM and that the pipeline is updated on a weekly basis in line with the Partnership Development Process document
  • Communicate effectively, consistently, and within expectations with brand partners

Opportunity Pitch & Close Coordination (20% of time)
  • Work with the team to assure the appropriate resources are assigned and properly allocated to upcoming assigned opportunity pitches

  • Coordinate the team's deliverables and team communication during the pitch creation process for assigned opportunities
  • Ensure all pitch related material are delivered on time and within expectation
  • Create proposed media plans and facilitate IO completion/implementation on assigned opportunities
  • When needed, create pitch presentations, proposals, or contracts without team support
AD Operations Management (20% of time)
  • Ensure that ad operations across all TGR's platforms run smoothly and effectively
  • Review all media plans before contracts are assigned to identify any future ad trafficking issues
  • Work with other Partnership Producers to assure all closed campaigns are properly scheduled within the ad operations platform
  • Coordinate and traffic all ad platforms, communicate any perceived issues to the Partnership Development and Ad Operations Director
  • Create weekly reports on ad operations performance

Associate Partnership Development Director, Non-Endemic Brands - Full Time

Partnership Development Director, Non-Endemic Brands, will be responsible for assuring the continued strategic growth of TGR's relationships with non-endemic brand partners. The role will assure that processes are followed, potential partnership leads are fostered, opportunities are capitalized upon, and strong partnerships are built.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Delivering non-endemic brand partnership outreach campaigns
  • Assuring the continued growth of TGR's partnership funnel across non-endemic brands
  • Assuring partnership opportunities are consistently managed and all pitch material is delivered in a timely fashion
  • Supporting the EVP of Business Development throughout the presentation and opportunity closure process

The Assoc. Partnership Director, Non-Endemic Brands will work closely with the team to make sure that all opportunities are followed up on and properly tracked, and that all partnership opportunities receive appropriate presentation materials on schedule.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Assuring all executing all non-endemic partnership outreach programs based on the direction of the EVP of Business Development
  • Managing the Partnership Development process from outreach to recognized opportunity
  • Develop pitch material, assuring the internal approval process is properly followed

Post Production - INTERNSHIP

Full Time: 5 Days per Week

Part Time: 3 Days per Week

Internships are available for students interested in learning about and gaining experience at one of the fastest growing brands in the action sports industry.

Interns will assist in management of the online media team with projects, planning, execution and administration. Strong organization and communication skills are required. A passion for action sports and youth culture is a plus.

We have three main intern sessions per year:

Summer Internships: run May - September. Application window: Feb 1st to April 15th

Winter Internships: run December - May. Application window: Oct 1st to Nov 15th

Internship Learning Plan:

  • Create short form videos (15 sec - 5 min) from TGR film content
  • Use TGR post production tools for editing, music, and creative production
  • Learn and work closely with our Production and Digital Media Teams
  • Help upload content to TetonGravity.com and our media partners
  • Create best practices for action sport content library and edits

Skills and Education Requirements:

  • - High School Degree required. Applicants should be in college or have a college degree

Time Requirements and Other Details:

  • Full-time Hours: 40 per week, 5 days a week

Interns will assist the online team with creating editorial and social media content, planning and executing projects, and administrative responsibilities. This position requires strong organization and excellent written communication skills. A passion for action sports and youth culture is a plus.

Editorial and social media internships last 3 months and are offered through out the year:

Interns will assist the in-house design team with creating marketing materials and web content for TGR and our partners. Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite is required and knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus. This position also requires strong organization and excellent written communication skills. Most importantly, passion for action sports and youth culture is a must!

Internship Learning Plan:

  • Collaborate with the in-house design team to design and execute marketing materials, branding projects, advertising, web pages, and web content for TGR and our partners

  • Assist with maintaining and modifying TetonGravity.com and other TGR online properties
  • Learn about tracking, reporting, and responding to site traffic and trends based on data from a variety of analytics platforms
