Post Production - INTERNSHIP

Full Time: 5 Days per Week

Part Time: 3 Days per Week

Internships are available for students interested in learning about and gaining experience at one of the fastest growing brands in the action sports industry.

Interns will assist in management of the online media team with projects, planning, execution and administration. Strong organization and communication skills are required. A passion for action sports and youth culture is a plus.

We have three main intern sessions per year:

Summer Internships: run May - September. Application window: Feb 1st to April 15th

Winter Internships: run December - May. Application window: Oct 1st to Nov 15th

Internship Learning Plan:

  • Create short form videos (15 sec - 5 min) from TGR film content
  • Use TGR post production tools for editing, music, and creative production
  • Learn and work closely with our Production and Digital Media Teams
  • Help upload content to TetonGravity.com and our media partners
  • Create best practices for action sport content library and edits

Skills and Education Requirements:

  • - High School Degree required. Applicants should be in college or have a college degree

Time Requirements and Other Details:

  • Full-time Hours: 40 per week, 5 days a week
  • Part-time Hours: 30 per week minimum (Flexible depending on outside employment situation)
  • Duration: 3 months

Social Media - INTERNSHIP

Internships are available for students interested in learning about and gaining experience at one of the fastest growing brands in the action sports industry.

Interns will assist the online team with creating editorial and social media content, planning and executing projects, and administrative responsibilities. This position requires strong organization and excellent written communication skills. A passion for action sports and youth culture is a plus.

Social media internships last 3 months and are offered through out the year:

  • Summer Internships: run May - September. Application window: Feb 1st to April 15th
  • Fall Internships: run October - December. Application window: Aug 1st to Sept 15th
  • Winter Internships: run December - May. Application window: Oct 1st to Nov 22nd

Internship Learning Plan:

  • Assist the Social Media editor with executing TGR's social media strategy across diverse platforms, including Facebook, Youtube, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat and Pinterest
  • Assist with distributing TGR content to syndication partners and sourcing high quality aggregated videos for TGR's site
  • Assist with tracking and reporting monthly social media and editorial metrics
  • Collaborate with the editorial team to develop and execute projects that drive traffic to tetongravity.com and increase fan engagement

Skills and Education Requirements:

  • High School Degree required. Applicants should be in college or have a college degree

Time Requirements and Other Details:

  • Hours: 30 per week minimum (Flexible depending on outside employment situation)

Digital & Social Content - INTERNSHIP

Interns will assist the digital team with creating and curating digital video content for TGR’s social media channels, planning and executing projects, and administrative responsibilities. Strong organization and communication skills are required. A passion for action sports and youth culture is a plus.

Digital & Social Content internships last 3 months and are offered throughout the year:

  • Fall Internships: run October - December. Application window: Aug 1st to Sept 15th
  • Winter Internships: run December - May. Application window: Oct 1st to Nov 22nd

Graphic Design - INTERNSHIP

Internships are available for students interested in learning about and gaining experience at one of the fastest growing brands in the action sports industry.

Interns will assist the in-house design team with creating marketing materials and web content for TGR and our partners. Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite is required and knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus. This position also requires strong organization and excellent written communication skills. Most importantly, passion for action sports and youth culture is a must!

Internships are available year-round. We have a limited number of spots available so get your applications in early for summer or winter internships!

Internship Learning Plan:

  • Collaborate with the in-house design team to design and execute marketing materials, branding projects, advertising, web pages, and web content for TGR and our partners
  • Assist the digital media team with creative planning and strategy for new and ongoing projects that drive traffic to tetongravity.com and increase fan engagement
  • Assist with maintaining and modifying TetonGravity.com and other TGR online properties
  • Learn about tracking, reporting, and responding to site traffic and trends based on data from a variety of analytics platforms

Skills and Education Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Basic Knowledge of HTML and CSS is a big plus!
  • High School Degree required. Applicants should be in design-oriented college degree program
  • Strong written communication skills

Time Requirements and Other Details:

  • Hours: 20 per week minimum (Flexible depending on outside employment situation; We're more than happy to work with you on this!)
  • Duration: 2 months minimum

Editorial - INTERNSHIP

This position requires strong organization and excellent written communication skills. A passion for action sports and outdoor culture is a plus.

Editorial internships last three months and are offered throughout the year:

East Coast Retail - INTERNSHIP

Internships are available for students interested in learning about, and gaining experience, at one of the fastest growing brands in the action sports industry.

The retail intern will assist the mobile retail team with merchandising, inventory control, and meeting sales goals on our traveling Stoke Mobile unit. The Stoke Mobile will be traveling to various locations on the East Coast and selling merchandise at large-scale events. This position requires strong organization, acute attention to detail and excellent written communication skills.

Internship Learning Plan:

  • Follow products throughout their product life cycle from receipt of goods to final sale.
  • Work with various Point of Sale softwares, and assist in managing the sales at large-scale events.
  • Collaborate in creating fresh merchandising and floor plan layouts for the Stoke Mobile between locations.
  • Assist the retail team in inventory controls by staying ahead of fast-selling SKUs to prevent stock out.
  • Develop an understanding of the brand, and share this with customers who shop on the Stoke Mobile

Skills and Education Requirements:

  • High School Degree required. Applicants should be in college or have a college degree.

Time Requirements and Other Details:

  • Hours: 20-30 hours per week (Flexible depending on outside employment situation and school requirements)
  • Duration: 3 months
  • Ability to travel and work flexible hours when needed
