EA Sports' 2005 hit game SSX on Tour, while in many ways excellent, can hardly be described as realistic. Players can stomp bone-shattering landings with ease, and have a bag of tricks which includes seemingly-impossible tricks like removing a ski midair.

Apparently midair ski removal is less impossible than it seems, though, because Jesper Tjäder managed it. Here's a clip of the SSX trick that he's imitating:
