Kastle’s FX 104 is not for everyone. Rather than being designed to rip groomers with the masses, the FX 104 is built for aggressive skiers who aren’t afraid of guinea pigging technical lines or diving into the deep. Thanks to its traditional camber and wood core, the FX 104 holds an edge with ease. Yet the ski’s early rise nose and 104mm waist width provide ample floatation for deep days. Kastle developed the FX 104 with Chris Davenport. Needless to say, this ski is dialed.
Reviewer Insights: "I loved carving with these skis. They were nice for plowing through cruddy snow. They held an edge like a champ; icy faces were no problem. The skis preformed well in all conditions and were some of the most responsive skis I’ve ridden."
