Main body = torso/pockets/hood. Just the sleeves are the alternate color.

What is your chest and waist measurement. You probably want to go with a regular small.

Yeah I think a Small would be best if you want a trimmer fit. The Medium would be a bit loose.

What is your jacket/chest and waist size?

I would go Large unless you want skin tight euro road cyclist fit. See photo above I just posted of older Sage bross (same exact pattern as these hoodies we are about to make).....I am 5'7" and 170 lbs and that hoodie is a MEDIUM. I could probably squeeze into a small if I wanted to be uncomfortable.

Probably a size 8. Almost always a women's medium. Sounds like Medium?

Wife size? My GF is like 5'5" and 130 lbs and wears a Small in the "Brest" which is the vest of the same pattern. In a men's. So that should probably translate to a Women's Medium.

I should clarify that I am built kinda weird. Latino? Lifting too much?.....only half joking. On paper at 5'7" 170# I would be a Small but the chest and shoulders area is always too tight so I am a Medium in these.
