Hit and run tourists clocking locals (and friends). Apparently, the two in the vehicle got out of the truck, checked out the injured motorcyclist laying on the ground with blood everywhere, jumped back in and split. The injured motorcyclists was air lifted to Denver and had surgery "*** had surgery on her leg and it went well. She has a brain bleed and more surgeries to come." An original rumor was she might lose her leg. Find these fuckers:

Yeah - older relatives repeating nonsense drives me bananas.

Also shit that annoys me: finding out that older friends/relatives are homophobes and/or racists.

In the heyday of facebook I was so excited to reconnect with my best friend from my childhood. Posts were full on pro trump and a bit of Q shit. Literally burned his Nike's during the Kaepernick 'scandal', posed at the grocery store supporting Goya, anger against cancel culture (yea no hypocrisy there lol). Like just completely caught up an all that.

I honestly thought it was parody at first, but it just kept going.

No new news on Jeanette (an absolutely sweet lady), but the girl freaked out and fled to Aneth UT. Authorities contacted the girl and she is returning to Durango.

They were making a left turn across 8th to the Anarchy Brewery and nailed her. Sounds like not seeing the cycle coming. The guy is from Durango and is the one that got out. Durango Herald just posted story. The authorities were on this.

All the best to Jeanette for a speedy recovery.

Piece of shits fled long enough for the alcohol/drugs to wear off.

Update: tomorrow surgery on shoulder, arm and hand. Holding off on next of four or five more potential leg surgeries. Hopefully, they can save the leg.

I bought $100 worth of deposit slips by accident one time. My bank teller friend still gives me shit for that.

    Yup to all this.

I can't stand hit and run assholes (happens all. the. time. here - I like this Medina Alert, wish we had it), but these jackwads are especially egregious. Speedy recovery to Jeanette.

Through a complicated and very quick series of events what amounts to about ⅔ of a sheet of half-inch plywood fell straight down like a guillotine about 18 inches and landed on my toes, my big toe taking most of it. It's a sight right now, I hope it's not broken. I could have prevented this from happening by thinking harder. Annoying.

FWIW while most broken toes are buddy taped to the next toes broken big toes might need to be fixed. If I remember right.

I'm thinking it's not broken, just badly bruised. Hurts, though. Could've used those crocs, barefoot was not optimal.

Want me to send you the picture of a cinder block landing on my toes out of the rv slide through storage?Barefoot as well. I can empathize with said pain.

That shit hurts! Serious vibes for that mishap. Hope the med cabinet has something a little stronger than Splats miracle rub.
