^ Maybe it's an optical illusion...It looks like the bed or even the frame has deformed from the weight on the back of the vehicle.

I've been seeing a Crosstrek around the neighborhood lately. Metal bumpers, antenna, RTT, traction mats, and an avy shovel strapped to the top among some other bs. Nothing special, but the avy shovel cracked me up.

Holy shit. After spending a week out there and driving from Denver to Wolf Creek to Telluride and back I am blow away by the sheer number of bro bra wagons in CO. It was cool to see a couple of 4WD vans set up at the too of Wolf Creek Pass on a cold morning, but everybody and their brother seems to have a tent on their truck. Holy shit!

I finally sold my awning and took my GOTOS roof rack off. Turns out its always windy when you would want an awning anyways.

Hard to know if the wooden grille guard was purpose-built of if dude just plowed into a fence and a section got stuck on the front of the van... Maybe it happened while trying to avoid the deer whose skull is not embedded on the hood?

It’s like a negative x negative = positive situation there. ETA: gotos points wise, that is.

I bet it's infinitely better to not have that blindspot than some minuscule amount of fuel...

Lumber vs gas? The ketchup container on the Porsche or the building materials on the van? What's worth more today? Really, it goes back to the argument that it's best to keep the valuables out of sight.

I wonder if those fuel containers on the GOTOS vehicles are getting stolen these days.

Dunno but I had my 3.5 gallon fuelpax fall off on the highway the other week. Had just filled it up. I'm still pissed about that.

February was an expensive month for winter life on the road. 2 gas cans, 2 trailer tires, and 2 entire trailer hub assemblies. Mostly all my fault.
