Conditions at mhm improved dramatically as the day progressed. Shortly before 330 they got HRM spinning and the couple laps I got in there did not disappoint.
Someone on the Portland subreddit called this morning’s conditions “wind blown diarrhea ice.”

The Big Wyeast slide on March 10 2011 did not happen until about 2 months after the big soak that flooded Sandy river.
Question is when? There seems to be no exact science to avy-prediction, with so many variables.
