TO get technical the Kosack'sare actually a nomadic reindeer hearding tribe indigenous to Eastern SIberia. The Kosacks were the original breeders of Siberian Huskies, which were used in hearding reindeer. The Kosacks were eliminated from the planet by the evil Russian Stalinists in the early 1900's, luckily some Huskies made it over to Alaska. So why did they name a Kosack after the ski trick, ..I'm not sure. The Kosack I am thinking of was popularized by Glen Plake in 1984? HE would just air put both ski tip up toward his head and grabe em both, I will look for a pic later.
