help with "insert images"

and the pics in my second post appear normal on my macbook but when using your insert images tool they rotated????

The picture is actually sideways when viewing it on your computer, too. The camera will save the orientation in the file's EXIF data so the photo application usually knows how to correct for it.

Many websites (including TGR) will strip the EXIF data since it usually contains personal / location information. Unfortunately this also means the orientation flag.
