Judges and Criteria

Teton Gravity Research athletes, staff and production team members will review the videos and pick the first place and grand prize winners. Members of the TGR production team will choose the monthly winners. Quality of action and level of riding are the main deciding factors. A tight edit with your best footage will probably score better with the judges. Length of video is not a deciding factor. We need to see enough to see your skills. All decisions by TGR are final. TGR reserves the right to make any changes to the format, rules, and submission requirements at anytime during the contest.

Ability to Accept Terms of Service

You affirm that you are either over 18 years of age, an emancipated minor or possess legal parental or guardian consent, and are fully able and competent to enter into the terms, conditions, obligations, affirmations, representations, and warranties set forth in these Terms of Service, and to abide by and comply with these Terms of Service. In any case, you affirm that you are over the age of 12, as the TGR Website is not intended for children under 13. Participants that are 12 years old or younger must have a parent or legal guardian submit their edits and verify their consent by submitting a signed waiver to confirm that they have read and agree to these rules. By submitting footage, you are authorizing Teton Gravity Research to use and feature the complete edit on tetongravity.com in perpetuity. The complete video will remain intact with full credit to the athlete and the filmer. In addition, the footage can be edited and used by TGR for highlight reels and promotional materials related to this contest and future TGR video contests. TGR has the right to re-track the edit with different music if songs submitted are unlicensed. The athlete, production company, and/or filmer will maintain full rights and copyright to all footage submitted. TGR will have no copyright or ownership of footage, just licensed rights as listed above.
