POV footage of a gorgeous solo bc day skiing the west ridge and west shoulder of Vancouver's iconic Lions. The conditions and stability were prime in an otherwise sketchy season. 20cms of dry, fresh sat on a rain crust which ruled out any steep, choking lines. Skied quite well but the slippery crust kept you on your toes. The view of skiing straight down into Howe Sound was amazing. It took about 8 hours to hike and skin with about 20 minutes of that being the ski descent.
