Ripping 75mph Winds Strand 130 Skiers on Chairlift in Northern Italy

A surprise windstorm wreaked havoc at Prato Nevoso ski resort in northern Italy on Monday. 

Harrowing winds up to 75 mph derailed a chairlift, leaving 130 skiers left stranded until rescue workers were able to make it to the scene. Luckily, no one was injured. 

All we can say is we hope no one was riding solo on that lift...
