999 Steps on a Bike From Redbull Skygate

Take one down, pass it around... 999 steps (beers?) on a bike! In all seriousness—this is nuts. 999 steps straight down the side of a mountain with... basically no turnout at the bottom. With up to 67 degree drops, the steps of China's Tienmen Mountain are no joke. Apparently, photos don't do the steepness any justice. KC Deane called it "one of the most insane things [he's] ever ridden," also mentioning that the speed you pick up on the way down even more ridiculous.

The event was postponed due to rain, but once the weather gave them a chance, the riders let loose and got the ride of their lives. Gnarly.
