VIDEO: Kai Lenny is Up to More Weird Hydrofoil Stuff

Experimenting and always thinking of what could be next. The #BatSuit has potential, with some modifications the possibility of cruising on a reach and upwind could be insane. This was the first prototype test a couple months ago, it had moments of brilliance especially when I tried it again in windier conditions. Kai Lenny might be an accomplished big wave surfer – and that’s cool and all – but the highlight of his career is no doubt the weird stuff he gets up to on a hydrofoil. Whether it's foiling an urban lake, foiling with Sir Richard Branson, foiling with an inflatable carrot, or this bizarre new wetsuit that seems to act like a sail, he seems to like experimenting with what borders on the edge of true kookdom.
