    Pasadena, CA eats and drinks

Wife has a conference this weekend. Where should she go for good beers and good food?

There are some nice places along Colorado Blvd. Check Yelp to see what's hot these days. Been a looooooong time since I hung out in that area. I do recall a King's Row...King's Somethingoranother that was OK.

There's also a butt-load of great Chinky food in Arcadia/Temple City/Alhambra/Monterey Park/etc. Some fucking good dim sum! Don't remember any specific names, however. Couldn't even pronounce them.

Will you be here too? Have a race to work in San Diego Fri-Sun, but otherwise, I'm not too far away from Pasadena.

If she's on per diem, Colorado Blvd all the way. Lots of choices in a small area.

Not sure about where to eat, but I hear that somewhere in a rickety old garage, there's a brand new, shiny red, super stock Dodge...

    The Congregation Ale House
    300 S Raymond Ave

Lots of good beers on tap including a mice selection of Belgian beers. Some good duck sausage sandwiches.

Just hang in old town, lots of trendy options, or jump on the gold line a eat in Chinatown Portion Of LA.

I agree it is a constitutional right for Americans to be assholes...its just too bad that so many take the opportunity...

No. It was just on at the bar. The bar was busy. I didn't know where it was. Texting often = miscommunication.

Xgames will have live Metallica in about 20 minutes.

I would rather gouge my ears out with flaming railroad spikes.
