I think I believe in Santa again...12-25-07 TR
16 overnight. Blue skies. Tresckow, Kristen, Frozen, Flykdog, GT, MOE and myself were all out. I'll let the pics do the talking. Pics courtesy of the generous GT40.
Tresckow goes deep:
Tresckow opening his presents:
Tresckow showing his "O-face":
Tresckow showing us just how heavy the snow was:
Kristen doing likewise:
Kristen killing it:
MOE decides not to stop:
MOE realizes the meat family is comprised of tall bastards, but looks good doing it:
MD9 goes for an airplane ride:
MD9's fancy dance legs hide just beneath the surface:
MD9 jumping the Hog (disclaimer we had like 10 seconds to make this happen as we were running late for X-mas dinner, I only slipped it once and then pushed off, sort of gaped it in the air, but i do have working helmet cam footy)
MD9 with one more frame from the Airplane turn:
Huge thanks to GT for taking all these pics. It takes a lot of dedication to stop and set-up for these. As well as ski by the best spots to allow us to ski them for photos. Pretty damn cool.Last edited by meatdrink9; 12-25-2007 at 10:24 PM.

when I saw the 16" on the report this morning I thought of you. This thread makes me happy.

Kush, I was feeling for you today. We'll see about Sunday. Right now there's no reason to leave town. But, I guarantee I will be up there this season to participate in the mission. BTW, when you guys coming over for drinks?
flyk, got your message and heard about your day. Nice work and thanks. I'll be the first in line.
trackhead, it's just a matter of time before we raise some serious hell. Things are shaping up crazy fast. Also, my touring rig is all set. I'm ready to come play.
Skiman1009, I dare not speak it's name.

I was thinking about heading home tomorrow, but I could stick around one more night... Maybe Antron will be able to make the venture to your place tomorrow night.

As much as I agree with the grizz about the above pic ^^^^, I have to say that this one here is my favorite:
Something about seeing the skis below the surface I can feel what it was like to take that turn almost. I don't know how to describe it but it made me feel like I was skiing it, brought back feelings of skiing it. idk, this probably all sounds weird. It ain't about how hard you can hit, it's about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward - Rocky
