Yeah, started the day in Zuma, skiiers right aspects were awful with dust on thick coral reef. Trees off highish no visibility traverse to skiers left were money even early and kept getting better. Went down to Pali when vis really went to shit up high, by then the crust was already covered well, and with the snow and windfill coming into there over the ridgetop everything was covered , including tracks. All the alleys and trees left of liftline skiied awesome around 11 and kept getting better

Notice how on their page they say "24 hr" snow total? Not "since close" which is when they clear the stake.
This. It snowed hard for an hour or two yesterday during the day. It will likely ski much deeper on the ridge and the usual wind-loaded aspects as it was whipping around hard yesterady.

You'd think by now y'all would understand the difference between 12hr and 24hr reports but I guess that's complicated.

Mary Jane is tits today. WINDY as F everywhere. March showers, thankfully. I'll be at the Jane on Friday, then Steamboat for Fri/Sat then Crested Butte Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday if anyone would like to participate in some shenanigans. Keep the snow a'coming.

Fucking wind slabs were a bitch today. Be safe in the backcountry. I got swept off my feet and into the trees at one point.
