Heard good things about the riding in Ruidoso, NM. Never been there till last weekend.

    Beautiful free camping

Nice to be home after a big California Oregon circuit. Trails up high are snowy but still good at mid and lower elevations. Still some gold highlights here and there.

Yeah, right around there. It’s easy to singlespeed convert because you don’t have to break the chain with the elevated rear stays.

That last pic is of my first MTN bike! The Nishiki Alien.

I stuck a 2.2 inch Red WTB tire up front . Which was huge for the time..... Suspension forks for the masses were a year or 2 in the future

Fall colors popping, buddy got a new custom hardtail built by Saltair Cycles from SLC, so got talked into leaving trail bike at home for metal hardtails on hard trails, but didn’t stop for any riding pics

Just got home from the wife's birthday trip to CA/AZ, through Utah on the way home. It wasn't really a riding trip, but we brought bikes and I squeezed in as much riding as possible.

First one is from Sepp Fest last Thursday. End of the day, we were all frazzled. Some DGO legends in this pic.
Second one is from this evening. Possibly last call for the high country this year. Felt like getting last chair of the year.

The weather is finally cooling so we've been spending more time on the pump track in the back yard.

Given the coming weather this window may have been the last chance to get it up high.

Berm looks fun. Do you have a broader shot? Looks like plenty of features in background.

Buddy of mine concreted his so it’s fully weather proof this summer.

I'm late since this is from a couple of weeks ago, but here is my wife riding through a tunnel of fall colors. The dirt the last couple of weeks has been amazing, but a storm is moving in so I may be nearing the end of my season.
