Reminds me of Steve Peat's segment from Seasons.
I feel like I rode in spring, fall and winter today.

Everything is based on your FTP, functional threshold power, highest avg power you can hold for an hour. Based on cadence, heart rate, weight etc...
In the picture above, I had slowed to a crawl, to grab a screenshot.
160 is the current wattage, which had me in zone 3, endurance, or tempo, I forget. 90 is the percent of my FTP I was at. 136 is heart rate. 54 was my cadence. I usually strive for 90 or higher, I like to spin fast.
You will have the choice of doing an FTP test or it will figure it out for you after a few rides on Zwift. Smart trainer is a game changer, I usually put 10-15 pounds on during winter, not happening this time!
This is a shot from the group ride I did last week on Zwift. Dusty dirt section. I’m on the outside right, blue socks. 123 dudes with the hammer down. It was nuts!

Jesus christ Butterfuck, how can you post that shit in the same thread as some of leelau's (anD others) awesome pics. Terrible form.
2 x worse than your stupid ass gravel pics, which are lame to begin with. Next thing you know you'll be posting groomer pics from Stratton.
LAPS.
BEATER.
Someone is taking the interweb, way too cereal.
Grow a pair and put me on ignore.

Spent Christmas Day raking trails with mrs2e. T-shirt temps and resurrecting neglected trails FTW!

Not the maiden voyage we were hoping for. Still managed to find the fun.

Trip home to BC for the holidays. Got a rental for a couple days riding in rain and snow in Cumberland.

Cannondale Habit. Was the only rental they still had in my size. Pretty good bike for a low-end model. Climbed well. Descended ok. Suspension needed to be dialed in better for me but conditions were more of a limiting factor than the bike. No complaints.
Hello from Denmark. Couple of pics from the forests I ride these days on the island of Zealand, north of Copenhagen.
