It's been properly rubber-roofed. I almost made a mention of that, and didn't think anyone would notice, but NOTHING gets by in here!!!

Built this with the wife over the span of 6 months:

That includes all work to swap in a WRX motor and transmission, wiring harness merging, plus new brakes, suspension, stereo, bushings, hubs, etc.

That car looks very impressive and I admire you patience and skills in doing the work. I would have lost the plot trying to sort all those wires out.

Nice, this project is on my short list. a little scary cutting a hole in the roof while it's still under warranty. I was thinking this same design to bring in direct winter sun, and block the summer sun.

And it just got a little more inspiring. Man, that's a fine driftboat. The kneelocks and the seats in particular just look elegant, solid, and practical. Very nice!

Beautiful. The arched front seat supports and the dryboxes next to the rower are awesome. Congrats man, nice boat!

    Bike ramp:

    Artwork done at Norwich University

    SVC

and right now i'm in the middle of repainting my 91 'yota. Lots of bondo work, new nerf bars etc. I'll have pics of that soon, but in the meantime here's a pic of some ass I was getting back in January:

We built this tipi using extra saplings from a visiting sculptor at school and the rest is the bottom of a tent that was rotting in the woods. It only took about two hours to get it up and then a few sessions after to make it airtight.....

Not as cool as the engines and home woodworking... but a bit of woodworking none the less.

    Kit built Sig Somethin' Extra:

    Kit built Herr Pitts Special:

Each took over 100 hours of build time.

Lighting design JONG question - would you have gotten better lumen efficiency and lighting dispersal if you put your uplight fixture on the opposite side?

Having seen these firsthand, I can tell you that there are a few mms of camber underfoot and perhaps 25 cm of early-rise or rocker or whatever you want to call it. I'm stoked to ski these some time as I am guessing from the shape, camber, weight, and flex that they will rip.
