as a wee boy, i was with my uncle in his new (to him) truck. we were hauling wood to our woodshed and i was in the back of the truck with the wood, saws, etc. he stops the truck to open the gate leading down to our barn and while opening the gate the truck started rolling forward. for a split second he actually thought he could stop it by getting in front and pulling a "superman", but that didn't work and he wasn't fast enough to open the door and jump in. so the damn thing rolls out of control down the driveway and smashes into our barn. i shat.

Or it might be reason #823 to avoid drinking and driving.

I was just getting ready to post the same thing...

I know that she might kill me for this, doing a forum search for "Red, Very Red" will turn up an incident that Monique would probably classify under "Oops, I wish i hadn't done that". At the sametime, I was one of the few who held my tongue when it happened, so I think I get to throw a few jabs in now.

K - I was skiing with her the other weekend when she recognized the fence guy in a lift line. That's how she introduced me to him "meet fence guy". I knew instantly who she meant.

Of course she went on to introduce me as "fence guy meet my Australian friend"

That Monique has quite the sense of humor.

T-minus how long till departure for Silverton? (Pulling the plug on that trip is slowly rating up there on the list of things that I wish I hadn't done...)
