They're mounted right now for a 315mm boot. Would they be adjustable to a 322mm boot without a remount?

I'm no expert, but it depends on how much the forward pressure adjustment screws are currently tightened, right? If they're cinched up all the way, you might be able to get 7mm travel by backing them off.

If they were originally mounted for the 315 then 7mm is within the adjustment window, putting you back 3.5mm from center.

yes, that is correct. and a p12/p14 heel has +/- 12-14mm of adjustment to it.
