should you still wear sunscreen if your exposure to the sun is not causing your skin to burn (ie you don't burn easily or have a decent tan)? in other words, if your skin doesn't burn does that mean everythings cool? thanks.

sorry had too
good question actually, i think any little protection helps. but burning is BAD.
I kow you can get skin cancer without ever being burned, but I also know that you do get vitamin d and other stuff from some sun exposure. I have heard of people having medical problems from never seeing the sun.
Maybe some medical mags will have definitive answers, thats all I got.
good question. I've wondered the same thing. If you're fair-complected, you should probably screen up anyways (even if you don't burn).
I'm kind of swarthy and use the screen only when I'm up high. Just remember, premature leatherface is a hit with the cougs.

My dermatologist says everyone is different - some need 30 and others only 4. I didn't ask about not using any but it seems like he was saying you use sunscreen according to your personal needs.
I told him I only use 8 (sometimes 15 on my shoulders) and expected him to lecture me but he said that was fine for my skin type.

So KQ likes white panties and has a dark complexion?
I say sunblock good - unless you do live in a cave, you get plenty of sunlight.
Not really an answer Weatherspoon - so I should be good.

Are you serious? Stupid JONG! Of course you should still wear sunscreen. Do you think the UV rays aren't going to harm your skin just because you have a tan?![]()
Holy shit, you have to be the most stupidest fucking JONG on here yet.
You make the dumb people on this forum look like little Einsteins.
