I don't see why the guardrail would come into play. Take alone this:

But I'd hit it balls out anyway.

    Video is a must.

It would take a year to cut through a guard rail with that.

Now this on the other hand...

...would do the job in about two seconds.

Everyday we drove by there on the way to K-wood during the summit we talked about how sick it would be to hit that. Just guessing i would say the cliff is about 60 feet give or take. The road is going from 3 lanes to 2 almost right under the cliff (dont know how wide that would be) The landing=steep, but just below the edge of the pic is a cliff so dont go for a long tumble!
It would be so sick to see a maggion hit that thing first, even name it! So sack up, LLPH i think you should hike up there and hit it alone,(spatulas are great for booters) then post pics of your tracks. I mean you dont want to be a slut after all

You cant see them in the pic but jut below the visible LZ there are boulders and cliffs so you would have to stick the landing perfectly and then stop dead (no pun intended).

You guys be way radder than me so youd have to have a look but its a gnarly biatch even without the killer rocks in the run-out.

You have a point. In light of those teeth in that last image, might I propose NSFD (Not Safe For Dick)?

I don't think that those in charge of checking out the ProXRS's would really appreciate me taking it out for recreational purposes. They have enough problem with me taking a laptop for a weekend. They'd shit a brick with the ProXRS (and my ass would be so toast if anything happend to it. I've already been chewed out for wading in a stream with it). And, I don't know if I can get a strong WAAS signal for the other GPS units in that area. I actually could probably do better going GOGO on it. I'll see if I can get a hold of a range finder.

If it's something as life-threatening as the said gap, it's good to know as much info as fucking possible.

While you guys have been plotting out your attack on a road gap a girl did on skis 2 years ago, I've been using your formulas to calculate my 'bile tow-in. I figure with the throttle gunned, I'll have enough speed to do a first ever "valley" gap, and than I'm going to steeze it out switch after banking a hard left turn upon landing. If any of you gals haven't creamed your pants by then, I'll be spinning switch-corked 10's off those little tee shots below there. You may want to handcuff your girlfriend to the bumper of your car if you don't want them to leave you after watching papa Blurred ninja-gaiden the whole thang.
