PM needs to hire a consultant that has start up experience and some skiing experience would not hurt.

A new objective set of eyes to look at the business and business model and determine what needs to be done.

If PM Gear is a business and not a hobby, IMO long lead times will not yield positive cash flow. Add quality issues and I think you will be too immersed in day to day problems to focus on what needs to be done to generate profits.

    Of course!

You can almost get a little sneak peak of the goods if you look real close (looker's right side, near the crease of the butt), but not quite!
