    Bindings too far forward?

I recently got an almost new pair of Armada ARV's and skiied them for the first time last week. Given it was in east coast 4" of snow over boilerplate, but they felt a little weird, maybe just because I'm not used to a bigger ski. But the bindings are mounted so the mounting line on the ski is just about an inch ahead of where the brake itself goes into the binding (can take a picture if needed). Is this too far of a forward mounting? They demo bindings, so I assume that I can just slide the toe and the heel each back a setting, but I'm not sure about this either.

Take your boot and put it into your binding. Look at the little line on the inside of your boot and see if it lines up with the mounting line on the skis. That way you'll know if you're mounted off of the recomended mounting point. Since they're demo bindings, it's unlikely that it wil be right on the line.

What storm said, no binding manufacture or model makes it a little more difficult to answer, no?
    Sounds a bit forward, though.
Skiing, where my mind is even if my body isn't.

Sorry, they're Look 12 Ti demos. They're currently at my gf's house, waiting for her to take them to work to stonegrind the bases. Gotta get the boots and skis in the same place...

Wow, thats gotta be one heavy setup. Of course the mounting position is going to be a little more forward than usual since it is somewhat a jib ski.

Nah, it's not too bad, they're pretty maneuverable. Also, I wouldn't really call them a "jib ski", especially since they're 185cm with a 92mm waist and a 21m turning radius. But, thanks for playing.
