Trying to find an online version of the song as performed on the 1990 live album "Jerry Garcia Band".
Can anyone help a brother out?

I'm sure its on OInk, but I dont have an invite available to send you. You might try btjunkie.com (.org?) I dont know if its on there because its blocked from work.
If you cant find it anywhere send me a PM and Ill get you a copy of the song. I cant guarantee it will be that exact version but something very close form the same era (early 90s). Or I can get you one from the 70s when they were very drawn out and jammy. Just let me know what you need, I probably have 100 versions scattered throughout my Jerry Band collection.
Or you can just by this:
You will be very happy that you did.
H-Man, let me know if ya want an oink invite
Hear that whistle it's ten o'clock come on baby it's time to rock
I'm so happy I got you here keeps me grinnin' for ear to ear
Oowee this feelin's killin' me
Ah shucks I wouldn't stop for a million bucks
I love you so just hold me tight and don't let go
Thunder lightning wind and rain love is stormin' inside my brain
I'm so eager I'm nearly dyin' you've been keeping your lips from mine
Oowee this feelin's killin' me...
Hound dog barkin' up side the hill love is draggin' him through the mill
If it wasn't for havin' you I'd be walkin' and a howlin' too
Oowee this feelin's killin' me...
One day baby you'll get me yet I'll be cryin' and soakin' wet
One thing baby I'll never stand your lips kissin' some other man
Oowee this feelin's killin' me...
Hold me tight and don't let go hold me baby and don't let go
Hold me tight and don't let go
Not to thrunt, but on a scale of 1 to mindblowing, where does Oink rate? I have been trying to find an Oink invite for a long time now and have been on the outside looking in.
It is quite uptight. But its pretty much anything you could want for free. Its designed to keep people from getting in and grabbing everything without giving back. You have to maintain a certain ratio of data uploaded to data downloaded in order to keep your account active. There are many other rules for seeders (those who provide the data) but you cant even seed until you have proven your worth via you ratio, etc etc. The long and short is that if you want all the free stuff you can possibly handle you have to play by the rules.
ice: buy the box set...I have all of them and its some of the best Jerry Band I have ever heard. Not only is the sound remastered and top notch but the content is astounding. The 89' from Merriweather is absolutely rediculous.
i give oink a 8.5 on the scale.
yeah they are sort of tight about ratios, but nowhere as strict as they used to be.
and you should own all good things box and all pure jerry releases as they all kick some serious ass.
Thanks for all the effort guys. I was looking for a quick way to send it to someone last night/this morning, but oh well. I have the album, and this particular version is just way better than others I've heard. For some reason it seems funkier.
Pig, I'm gonna get that box set also. Sounds pretty good. Thanks for the lead.
Oh and Don't let go....
Edit: I just figured out why I like this version so much more than others. Jerry's solo's sound very Duane Allman/Dickey Betts like, my favorite all time band. I highly recommend anyone with access to it partake in an extra curricular activity of your choice and turn it up as loud as it will go.![]()
