Candide Invatational

Is anyone in Yurp land going to the Candide invitational in La Clusaz France this weekend? Anyone been there or have any recommendations on what to do where to stay what to see where to ski?

a scottish buddy of mine is going, he's pretty stoked, but i have no first had info....besides, it's going to dump friday, who wants to sit in the park?

I don't qualify park jumps as gnar, even the massively huge jumps at the Candide International.

But watching Candide do his thing is simply amazing, I've seen him a few times in person with the last being at the x-games a few years back. He didn't end up competing because he kept decking it on the thrid hit, it was painful to watch, but he boosts every time.

Yep Im going. Should be fun. Sorry I don't have any recomendations on what to do except go to the concert saturday night (my friends say it is usually sick).

i'm not going, but my recommendation is, bring headphones so you dont have to listen to Dub Reggea all day long. And dont shower! If you're too clean in france you'll stick out like a boner in sweat pants.

That pic would be REALLY gnar and next level shit if he was dropping in and spinning down from the top to land on the kicker as a transition. When the fack are these kids gonna step it up?
