well, the guy made it through the qualifiers, so that already means he really 'wasn't last'. it ain't fair to say he finished last... plus the guy stepped up and competed. that is worth something.

props to anyone for going out in that terrain on those days -- they are fun lines to be had, but not so much in those conditions.

Yeah, that's me at the start of the video, but the second cut of skis launching below that same cliff isn't me. The editing makes it look like the same wreck. My hands are the only things that hurt. I'm pretty sure it's from the hand plant over the cliff. I really want the whole clip. It would be a perfect ad for Aegix.

Def not Craig and as everyone else said DFL would have preferred they gave me a DNF (did not finish) But I got my ski back on and to the bottom to fast....

Awsome vidoes so far.

I have some pics from the finals to post eventually although I will not be able to say who they are.

It got really warm Saturday so I think the snow was softer even though most of it was shaded around Tower 3. Really incredible what these guys do even in these super shitty conditions.

There was a streaker that poached the run during the comp and hucked some shit too

I can't believe how shitty the conditions were. One of my buddies from Crystal called after inspect on Thursday to say that of all the crap comp conditions that he has seen (as in 2004 Kirkwood conditions), Jackson this year was the worst. So props to those who slayed it.

I can't even imagine it then. The worst conditions I've ever skied in were on qualifying day at KW in 04.

Super fun trip. Definitely not for the skiing though.

Cool meetin ya kush, good times gettin slamed at the coach. Definitely need to spend some time in Jackson. Single cig machine!?!? Z = psyccccched.

Yeah but "I can't compete cause I've got too much work to do" is the best excuse to get out of super sketchy snow conditions. I'll be on the right side of it next week at Kirkwood for sure though, but I'm thinking about doing the whole tour next year too. You in?

Thanks again for doing the helmet cam for us dude. We also have a highlight video from day 2 that's having some issues right now, but should maybe hopefully finally be posted soonish.
