    I guess I already got screwed. Seems to be the going rate around here(installed). It's one of those that's in the gas tank. I am not set up for working on my car like that.

    it is a pretty easy operation to do, just takes time. i am SURE you can do this yourself. you can most likely run an external fuel pump and mount it inside the frame rail bypassing the current fuel pump
