    Starry starry night...

    Starry, starry night.
Paint your palette blue and grey,
Look out on a summer's day,
With eyes that know the darkness in my soul.
    Shadows on the hills,
Sketch the trees and the daffodils,
Catch the breeze and the winter chills,
In colors on the snowy linen land.

Now I understand what you tried to say to me,
How you suffered for your sanity,
How you tried to set them free.
They would not listen, they did not know how.
    Perhaps they'll listen now.

    Starry, starry night.
    Flaming flowers that brightly blaze,
    Swirling clouds in violet haze,
Reflect in Vincent's eyes of china blue.
Colors changing hue, morning field of amber grain,
    Weathered faces lined in pain,
Are soothed beneath the artist's loving hand.

Now I understand what you tried to say to me,
How you suffered for your sanity,
How you tried to set them free.
They would not listen, they did not know how.
    Perhaps they'll listen now.

For they could not love you,
But still your love was true.
And when no hope was left in sight
    On that starry, starry night,
You took your life, as lovers often do.
But I could have told you, Vincent,
This world was never meant for one
    As beautiful as you.

    Starry, starry night.
    Portraits hung in empty halls,
    Frameless head on nameless walls,
With eyes that watch the world and can't forget.
Like the strangers that you've met,
The ragged men in the ragged clothes,
The silver thorn of bloody rose,
Lie crushed and broken on the virgin snow.

Now I think I know what you tried to say to me,
How you suffered for your sanity,
How you tried to set them free.
They would not listen, they're not listening still.
    Perhaps they never will...

    starry starry night...

I saw grasshoppers mating on my cherry tomatoes in the garden last night. It was weird, I couldn't figure out who was on top (that's probably happened to some of you, right?). I thought about taking a picture but I didn't. It looked like this picture, except they were on tomatoes, and they were probably a different kind of grasshopper.
Does anyone want the grasshopper jizz tomatoes?

i hate moving and i love moving.

soft scrub with bleach has amazing cleaning powers, i found out today that it is the only cleaning supply (besides windex) that i will need to use for the rest of my life.

however, it drys out your skin and makes your eyes itchy.

i used it all day for 8 hours with out gloves and i still haven't taken a shower and i am alive and with out a rash.

    my skin is awesome.

i am glad i am not a blonde or a red head.

i am going to write the soft scrub people and thank them. they made my old apartment shiny new, now i will get my deposit back.
living well is the best revenge.

I'm worried. I haven't been here that long, but I can't remeber if I've posted in this thread before. I'm worried because I assume that in order to be a true "Super" thread, nobody can post in it more than once. Otherwise, someone could just stay up for a week and post and post and post until they've got a super thread. And really, how super would that be? So, I'm worried that I may have screwed up the whole thing by posting this (if I've already posted previously).

Is there criteria for a super thread? Has anyone read this thing start to finish? How long did it take? Were drugs involved?

    Just wondering......

Totally overslept for work today... The gym I work at is suppose to openat 5:30 am, supposedly I turned off my alarm sometime around 4:50 am, supposedly I woke up at 5:30 am said oh shit and was out the door in five minutes or less, suppose there were about ten people at the door waiting to get their lift on, and suppose no one even called my boss to open the place up. Now suppose I use the word suppose one to many times.

    GOOD MOTHERFUCKIN MORNING UTAH!!!!!!!!!!!!

You're gonna stand there, owning a fireworks stand, and tell me you don't have no whistling bungholes, no spleen spliters, whisker biscuits, honkey lighters, hoosker doos, hoosker donts, cherry bombs, nipsy daisers, with or without the scooter stick, or one single whistling kitty chaser?

I want him alive, no disintegration.

Gozer the Traveler. He will come in one of the pre-chosen forms. During the rectification of the Vuldrini, the traveler came as a large and moving Torg! Then, during the third reconciliation of the last of the McKetrick supplicants, they chose a new form for him: that of a giant Slor! Many Shuvs and Zuuls knew what it was to be roasted in the depths of the Slor that day, I can tell you!

I was waiting until this thread got to 88 pages to post in here. At least I accomplished something today.

Better yet, did you get a look at Columbia University President Lee Bollinger's hair today?
