    WTB: Small Frame mtb

Looking for a 13" or 15" mtb for my 12 year old daughter. Needs to be light (we live up a long steep hill), low tech hardtail in good condition. I can pick up in PDX or in Bend in a couple of weeks over Spring Break.

I've got a Novara Bonita frame that should work and is excellent condition. I have a bunch of parts, but you'll need to scrounge up the rest. I'm pretty sure I have the following parts - some of which came with the bike:

Fork - stock Manitou Six (?)
    headset, bar & stem
    seatpost
    cranks & BB
    standard mtb non-clipless pedals
    shifters
    derailleurs (?)

I'll do an inventory if you're interested.

How about wheels? If we can get close on all the parts, I AM interested.

I know wheels are a critical part of the bicycling experience, but I don't have any extras.

"My Dad bought me this great bike, but it doesn't have any wheels...." I can hear it now. I think I'm looking for something a little closer to complete. Thanks for the reply.

It's like Christmas, you don't show the kids a bike in the box. You show them the finished product . . . . but I know what you're saying.
