    Marker M8.2 adjustment question

Looking at some skis on EBAY with a Marker M8.2 mounted to a 320mm bootsole - my bootsole is a 315mm - thinking that is just a minor adjustment, anyone familiar with this binding?

Even though this is a tech question

If they were mounted for the 320 boot, you should have no problems adjusting them to your 315's. Easily, I might add.

If they're anything like my old Marker M7.2 bindings, then the best adjustment you can make would be to take them off and toss them into the trash.

I've found the best way to adjust a marker binding is to unscrew all of the mounting screws, fill them in, discard said binders and BUY SOMETHING THAT WON'T PRE RELEASE!

    edit:
damnit viva beat me to it.

Very cranky mood this morning. Sorry about that.

You should have no trouble adjusting those bindings to fit your boots.

retail markers are total crap. If you cruise groomers only you will be ok. If you ski aggresive youre asking for double ejections and prereleases that hurt.

I'm a total gaper and JONG, but the short time I skied a Marker demo binding on Tankers they only released when they should have.

Additionally, I know guys who totally rip on Markers and they don't seem to have any problems. Ever seen McConkey pre-release?
