Not necessarily. It might be just being realistic. 100 a week is certainly a habit, and a significant one, but not an absurd one. There are certainly people who spend alot more than that. Put it this way, if you are talking about hardcore addiction, people who do it everyday, 100 probably won't go too far. Coke is pretty expensive. You might be able to do coke every weekend on 100 a week, but you won't be able to do it every night. Even so, if someone is doing blow every weekend that is nothing to treat lightly.
I've never seen meth or heroin, but I've seen plenty of coke, and more of my friends have had their lives negatively influenced by it than anything else I can think of.
