Bridger Website:
Bridger Bowl will open for the season on Friday, December 22 with good machine groomed, man-made snow on runs accessed from the lower mountain Powder Park Quad and Snowflake lifts only. Currently, we have very thin snow conditions on the upper mountain. At this time we anticipate opening 2 or 3 upper mountain lifts on Friday in addition to the lower mountain lifts. Guests choosing to ride the upper mountain lifts should expect a very thin snowpack and many rocks and other natural obstacles on all runs. The upper mountain runs are not groomed or covered like the lower mountain. Skiers and riders accessing upper mountain runs are highly encouraged to have rock skis and boards, as damage to equipment should be anticipated. All skiers and riders who are not capable or very confident of staying in control at all times, in all conditions, are strongly encouraged to stay on trails accessed from the lower mountain Powder Park Quad lift. There is a much greater risk of physical injury in these conditions if you do not maintain control at all times. We anticipate a long and snowy winter; if you choose to ski the upper mountain, please stay in control at all times and stay healthy so you can enjoy skiing and riding Bridger Bowl all season. Lift tickets will be sold at the half-day rate of $33 until there is a change in conditions.
Lets pray for some more snow!
