I mean, aren't there people living in those units that are retired with second homes in MX and all that.

Weird that someone capable of completing graduate school thought the town would subsidize her for single occupancy of a 2 bed, 2 bath.

That was my first thought too. Does Aspen has so much affordable housing available they’re allowing single occupancy in a 2 bed unit?
