I will try to come. Do you want to try and screw around with the flash, or is yours out of order? I just cant see how that could have broken with such a light fall.

Yeah, the flash seems to be non-functioning. Pretty weaksauce I think. I'm going to call Nikon tomorrow and send it in. so who knows when I'll get it back.

Yeah, not working at all. I can't get it to turn on or even pretend like it wants to turn on. I tried new batteries and nothing. Pretty damn lame considering it fell all of maybe 4 or 5 feet. But feel free to attempt some flash shenanigans of your own.

It's a road gap. I'd say it's, oh, 10-12 feet high with a 15-20 foot gap to clear. Not huge, but fun, and the tranny is buttery steep. I guess I shoulda got my camera out and had someone snap a shot of me doing it. But I was being rushed 'cause people were whining about needing food (

I really want to work on the 2-3 upper stunts and get them rebuilt as well. Stoked to see Empire was doable. I like Empire so much better than DV. It is actually less scary to me for some reason...upper Fireswamp and Thieves just sketch me out. Plus they make my brake fingers tired really fast.

P.S. Otter you promised to show me the stuntage at Mueller...let's go! Name any day this week.

Heh, as much as I'd like for you to continue believing that, I have to clarify. He's saving a spot for when I do ride Sizzler. I still haven't done it. In my defense, I didn't think the Heckler was up to the task. Hopefully I'll get the 888 back soon so I can go back to pooning out with no good excuse.

Ok, so I am up for Muller tonight or tomorow. I did say i would check out tanners tonight. I am torn. the rain will make the trail at muller solid for the steep down hill. CS, are you still thinking yes on tanners?

I have absolutely no doubt I can do it. I've envisioned it many times and it doesn't even look that hard. It's just the consequences of any little screw up are quite severe...that's what gets to me.

I don't know. All i know is that when I am at the crux I dont feel like I can lean my body into the fallline. It scares the shit out of me, and then I just bail. I know that I just need to line it up and keep of the brakes, but easyer said than done.

Whoa, almost a whole page and only one picture. That need to be remedied.

Hit up Empire again last night with Particle, a buddy of his; Otter and a couple of his friends; and ktrials. Good times. Lots of carnage with multiple attempts at riding the skinnies and then some fun chuckin on the gappages. Sorry, no pics of the hurlin as I was too busy riding. Here are some shots from up higher though.

Particle, approaching the corkscrew:

Otter, getting sweet redemtion, sending it not once, but multiple times. Yeah buddy!

After slaying one dragon, another comes up and trips up Otter. Thank goodness for knee pads.

Ktrials and a non-mag sending it.

I saved that video and forgot to watch it. With those pics and the helmet footy, I think I need to come ride that trail some time. Is most of it still in tact? Doubles and all?

CS: I don't know if you're into trying to get your photos published, but your shots belong in mags. I know it's been said before but every time you put up a new batch, I'm reminded.
