Brand new, in box, never used, with little hygienic plastic shrink wrap still on mouthpiece. Size M/L. My wife and I got these as Christmas gifts, but after this winter I realize that we’re really not hardcore enough to go places where this is appropriate.

no, the original avalung vests go for cheap on ebay, the newer II version that he's got is much smaller and still sells for around $100...from what I've seen. I bought one as a gift for a friend last year.
