I picked them up two weeks ago and mounted them 2cm back from the line. Measure from the tail, as my line was way off. The first thing you will notice is that they are super light, might make a good touring setup. The lack of sidecut makes them tricky on groomers, but they make up for it in the pow. Very nimble and lots of float, the only pair of skis I have ever managed to land switch in pow on. Though that is probably because I suck. No durrability issues that I know of, though I have a pair of AR5's that had a very slight edge pullout issue. A little epoxy cured the whole thing.

how about big mtn? does the sidecut limit them there as when its big mtn terrain but harder snow wouldnt they suck due to the sidecut?

    im not worried about groomers.
