Agree with ice re: tobasco. I spent many years astray, searching searching. In the end, I've come back to the simple pure love of a dash of tobasco. That said, El Yucateka (sp?) the green is really excellent. And Dave's insanity company makes a very tasty garlic sauce.
check on the siracha although, I end up using plain chilie paste much more frequently.
A-1 sauce goes on any fried potato product
almost never use any ketchup type product.
