    Tweaked Knee?

Hey guys. Tweaked my knee trying to twist/pull a ski out of the deepness. For the next day or so i felt a weird tweak everyone in a while when i kept my foot on the ground and twisted my leg a bit(same as when i tried to pull the ski out). That's gone know but walking around all day i just feel a little tweak or pain. Nothing sharp or anything, just a little tiny pain/uncomfort near the lower left-side of my kneecap.

I figure this will go away by the weekend, as i dont plan to ski till then. Sprain?

    Thoughts? Ideas? Nekkid Pics?

Z, sounds like a sprain. Pulling and twisting is a good way to do that. Ice is your best friend for the first 3 days. After that you can move to using a heat pack.

A few years ago, I did something similar... Could feel it mainly when I went up stairs, etc. I just tried to stay off it for a bit and stay loose and I was fine within a week or so. Of course, you could try more airs to rock, that might help.

That's why I said maybe it would help.

edit - ps. heal up... If it's good, you should come to Utah around New Years. Probably won't make it to CO this year.

I did something similar skiing about a month ago. The pain is basically gone, but every once in a while I'll turn the wrong way and feel a dull pain on the outside of my knee.

    over-use

take a couple of days off, and 400mg ibu.

works for me after tons of ski days in a row
