I must be getting old now - almost have a 3 handle on the age tally. I've got a pain in my siatic joint, my shoulder, my knee, my i-t band and my jaw. My massage therapist is suggesting rolfing, but it's a pretty big commitment.

I know there are some banged up bodies in here. Maybe some of you have tried this. Something has to be better than Vicaprofin.
