Have work related meetings in SLC on Mon 12/19. What are conditions like?
Is it worth spending the $$ to fly in Friday & ski for 2 days?
Alternative would be to stay home in Tahoe where we don't have a lot of snow.

We are in a great pow cycle now, but it's going to get quiet through at least December 10th. After that, I'm sure things will pick back up again. Coverage is getting to be great; if you're going to be here anyway you certainly should stay for a while and ski. Hope that helps..,
Red Baron, any particular reason you think it might get stormy again after 12-10. I'm interested b/c I get there the 14th for a week.
Other than history, no; when I wrote that yesterday the models were showing brief high pressure for this week, now we're looking at snow on Tuesday then maybe a storm by the weekend, things look just fine weatherwise around here right now!
thanks red b
Hell yes it is worth it!
tonights runs look like a storm on the 16th....
I went to Snowbasin last weekend & it was awesome.....there is more open this week....The Canyons, Snowbird, Powder Mtn., Alta, Brighton...are all open & are very good too...!!!!
Go to: www.skiutah.com & check the snow report.
