For the sake of the frontside gapers it had better either get cold or start snowing again.

The backside is in prime condition. Skiied ER6, ER7, Whitehorn 1 and 2, Boomerang and all around Paradise Bowl, there are still plenty of rocks showing, but there are also lots of lines around them, and in some instances no worry about rocks at all. But the run back down the front to is getting deadly. It's fine once you get to Wiwaxy and onto the man-made, but up top it is getting scraped bare from everyone being routed thru the same one run.

It looked like they are trying to get the gondola running by the weekend, and there were blowing snow on the ski past Paradise to Larch so maybe they are aiming to open that as well. In the mean time laps up summit and Paradise are in order.
