A bit of a jong at this. I have a .wav audio file from a 90-minute interview that is currently at 64MB. What is the best software to use to compress/reduce it to a more reasonable size for email or uploading?

MKW Audio Compression Toolkit

I've had good luck using the ImToo Audio Coverter as well.

Just convert the WAV file to MP3 at a low bitrate in mono and you should end up with a reasonable file size. I'm assuming that you don't need CD quality audio with this being an interview.
Great tool. Check out e tree for some free show downloads.Originally Posted by MOHSHSIHd

Just convert it from WAV to WMA or MP3 and it'll be 1/3 the size. You can then compress the shit out of it if you want.
