seth pistol with Naxo AT binding..how should i mount them

I have last years seth pistol in a 189. I am going to put my Naxo nx01 on them. I am going to use this setup as my primary powder rig, sking it both in the resort and out back. I am 6'3 200lb. I can't decide if I should mount them forward or traditional. Any advice would be appreciated. thanks

i'm not sure why you'd want to mount them forward. a quicker turning ski and bc skiing don't seem to be the best match but i don't know where you are skiing. could be iceland for all i know. i'd mount them the same as my alpine setup or slightly back but that's me.

I know it is a funky setup, but I got a great deal on the SPs and want to have a touring fat ski that I can push hard in colorado BC. THe other option that I have is the naxos on my armado arVs and keeping the SPs for alpine. The Armada touring setup would be even wierder...I think

the sp's are a little heavy but that's no problem. when you mount forward, any ski will be easier and quicker to turn. you guys get pow in colorado, so why would you want a fast turning ski?

I'd attach the binding to the ski.

Velcro and duct tape are pretty popular. Another thought is some masking tape.

masking tape doesn't hold as well in uber-cold - probably not a concern in CO though..
