Damn and I thought my order was big...big for my bank account at the very least. Still looks like I'm about $100 shy of that order...would've liked more of the clothes, almost got some hats, but I decided to hold off. By the way Grifter, is DHL going to have a problem shipping to my school mailbox do you know? I've noticed some other people have had trouble with them in the past, and if you think it matters I'd like to switch it up before it ships out, if it doesn't sound like an issue then even better. Order went in Monday I believe but hasn't shipped so I'm assuming it could be fixed...here was mine:

hey TGR, I have a guilt trip for you - ship me the shit I purchased from you! I ordered a week and a half ago w/ 2-day expedited shipping, and still nothing - no mail in the box, and no email saying my goods have been shipped at all. Last email I had came right after the order was placed and my card was charged, saying order was charged/not shipped. And nothing has come through for me...

since the order was overdue about a week ago, I'd like the expedited shipping I paid for refunded, and also I'm relocating as of tuesday so it'll need to go to a different address. somebody at TGR please contact or PM me and we'll hash it out.

I will say that this is the very first time I have ever had issues with the TGR store, usually you guys are money so this is a bit of a surprise. However I'm sure I'm just a casualty of all the web issues you had last week.

First off - how the hell did you know I have long hair? Are you stalking me?!?

For real though - if you really want to know why it hasn't shipped you'll have to give me a little more info on who you are so I can take a look at your order. Until I know that, there are three possibilities why it hasn't shipped:
1. It did ship and we just haven't sent you the shipping confirmation e-mail. Sorry.
2. You ordered in the last week or so and are stuck in line behind the several hundred people who ordered before you. Sorry about that too - there's only so much alligator we can get stuff into the shipping department's python.
3. Your order is having some kind of problem holding it up - you'll need to contact me about that.

For Jumper - really sorry about the timing. You ordered pretty much right after everyone else did (see excuse #2 above). If you order hasn't shipped, you have not been charged - we just did a preauthorization to make sure your card was good to go. I have no idea who you are, so you should contact me with your order info so I can help you out.
